摘要:针对高等院校非食品类专业在“绿色食品概论”选修课程教学中采用传统教学出现的弊端,该研究引入“开发团队式”项目驱动教学法,以培养具备健康与安全意识,具有自主探究、科学观察及创新能力的人才。调查问卷和课堂考核结果表明,“开发团队式”项目驱动教学能有效提高学生对绿色食品的鉴别能力,增强对生产、加工等知识的掌握程度,并加深其对当地环境、经济、生产状况的认识。

Research on the Application of“Development Team”Project-driven Teaching Method in the“Introduction to Green Food” Course Teaching

Abstract: Focusing on the drawbacks of traditional teaching in the optional course“Introduction to Green Food”for non-food majors in colleges and universities,in this study“development team”project-driven teaching method is introduced to cultivate talents with health and safety awareness as well as the abilities of independent exploration,scientific observation,and innovation. The results of the questionnaire and the test performance in the class show that the“development team”project-driven teaching method can effectively improve the students’ ability to identify green food and their knowledge of production and processing, as well as increase their knowledge of the local environment,economy and production status.
